It realy depends on how often your are going to do the car. I give it a good wash with autoglyn every week which removes most of the crud and rejuvinates the wax.. Then depending on how the wax coat is looking I would top the wax coat up propably every two to three weeks. I polish as seldom as possible as polish is an abrasive and removes the build up of wax and clear coat if a lack of wax on the car.
