Member Posts: 560 Group: Members Member #3,881 Joined: February 25, 2009	Hi, If you remove the 'Cat' you have to leave the 'Lamda Sensor' in and connected otherwise your ECU won't know how to regulate the mixture and will go into 'Emergency Mode' and that isn't good for the motor or 'consumption'. And legally I think the year is pre-1991 after that you can get 'Done' for removing it. And the 'Lamda Sensor' IS ALWAYS BEFORE the 'Cat' those that look like 'cats' two off, are in fact only 'Expansion Boxes'
