Old Merc fan Posts: 148 Group: Members Member #2,012 Joined: December 6, 2007	Hi there and welcome! I too have an LE. The LE was a Limited Edition model (hence LE). It was created as an end of line special to boost sales before the, in my opinion, inferior C-Class replaced it. The LE was not available with any factory optional extras but only as a fixed spec. The 1.8 having SRS Airbag, 4-speed auto transmission, electric windows front and rear, electric tilt/slide sunroof, 8-hole alloy wheels, Burr Walnut interior trim (other 190's have Zebrano) and Blaupunkt Radio/ Cassette. The 2.0 in addition had a front armrest, rear headrests and seat coloured door card inserts. 1.8 was Ł19,245 2.0 was Ł21,630 There were only 3 colours which were Rosso Red, Azzuro Blue and Brilliant Silver. All LE's were issued with a Limited Edition numbered certificate. Unfortunately I don't have mine. There are now quite a few of us on here with LE's. Hope that the above answers your questions?
