green190 for me love the clean look front, how did he smooth the grill surround out where the star and badge fit, if any one knows please let me no
hi mate. to smooth the grille i removed the badges and welded the holes. The small holes left by the small flat badge just weld with a tack each and the top big hole i welded a plate into it, ground it up and hey presto. I do prefer the look plus with the big star on there, i think its too much with the top star and the small flat badge. plus the pikeys can't nick the star!!
