Starting Jan 2009, I think we will have a few amendments: -limit of 10 cars per poll to get a more even spread of votes, rather than lots of cars with just one vote. -two weeks to nominate/submit cars and/or when 10 cars are in, whichever happens sooner. -no crashed or wrecked 190's, or incomplete shell projects. -only one 190 in a picture. -no photoshops. PS dont forget now we almost have one solid year of 190OTMS, we can put all the winners into a 190OTY 2008
