whenever you choose to make a new psd file it will have a list of options like what size you want the document to be and what not. One of these options is what color you want your background to be. You can choose transperent and use the fill tool to make it whatever color you want. I hope that helps. Keep up the good work and ignore the haters! |

This is how you do it in GIMP, I think the same goes for PS. Make the canvas size double, make sure the sig itself is in the middle. Next add a new transparent layer and paste the render. |

First of all, if you want to do a pop out sig, don't include the legs if the whole part is not there. Move the render up so just the head and his arms pop out. Not the rest of his body. When you save don't save it as a .gif save it as a .png Another thing, when you makes sigs try not to make the render match the color, blend it in instead. If you're using photoshop take the lasso tool set the feather 15 ( or if thats too much bring it down) and trace around the edges, but not up against the render. Then delete that selection. Add another layer of brushing to smooth it out, and make it blend. |

The text is a little too close to the edge but I likes the siggy overall. Did you try the feathering effect furbee told you about? It blends renders really well. Oh and where did you get the tut for making the siggy withe killzone guy on it? |
