Member Posts: 11 Group: Members Member #34 Joined: January 31, 2006	HEARTY MINCE AND MACARONI CASSEROLE Cook 1 cup of macaroni or any pasta prior to this recipe 500g minced steak 30g butter I large onion, finely chopped 1 clove garlic, crushed 1 green pepper, finely chopped ˝ cup tomato paste 300g carton sour cream Ľ cup parmesan cheese METHOD Combine butter, onion, garlic and pepper in a shallow dish, Cook on high for 5 minutes or until onion is tender, Add mince, cook on high for 5 minutes until meat is brown, Stir occasionally during the cooking, Stir in tomato paste and sour cream, cook on high for 2 minutes, Stir in macaroni, sprinkle it with cheese, Reheat on high for about 4 minutes until heated right through ENJOY
