In years past this dish was enjoyed by many South Africans. Traditionally known as "Melkkos" it was enjoyed by many.

Ingredients:
1 Liter (Quart) of milk

1. Bring to boil milk & butter together slowly
2. Make dumplings by adding milk a teaspoon at a time to the flour and stir with a fork or finger until dumplings form in the flour. Do not use to much milk.
3. When the milk boils, mix in flour and dumplings and stir slowly as it cooks for 5 minutes.
