Sure, I can do that. I'm bored, anyway.
Ripping it now, the sound quality's kinda shitty.

I've got a ION iTTUSB turntable and I'm ripping them into Audacity.

The record's pretty crackly, though, and "The Kids Are Alright" was clipping just a bit.

Indeed I am, I've got this old-as-hell Discwasher. It's basically a block of wood with some felt or some other soft black material attached.

I think the record's just naturally pretty old, that's all.
Oh hey, I got it. The gain knob on the back was ridiculously high.

i think i'm going to take my hand at doing some 16/44 and 24/96 vinyl rips as well. i've never tried it before. if anyone is interested in anything in my collection, let me know what format you want it in and i'll rip it for you.

just a note: my copy of pure guava is defective and my copy of bridge over troubled water is barely listenable. i only have maybe 4 or 5 VG+ graded LPs. everything else is VG++/NM.

Are you using a USB turntable or a regular turntable? My USB turntable only records as high 16/48. :(

It does. I have a regular turntable as well (a couple, I think), but I can't be bothered to set it up to record. Maybe some day.

HUP!
my turntable is from the 70's

it can play 8-tracks and cassettes

Im not sure it even knows what USB is

It would probably say something stupid like Uber Super Bass

I would say, that's redundant.

Fucking stupid machine
