Nas is great. Illmatic is one of my top 5 favorite rap albums, right up there with The Marshall Matters LP. 'Life's a Bitch' is a great song too. That trumpet at the end is just perfect. |

I heard The Slim Shady LP but I didn't find many songs to be catchy. But The Marshall Matters LP is one that EVERY single song is one I can listen to. It's one of those perfect albums where no song disappoints. |

illmatic is perfection and enough to excuse nas for life. "ny state of mind" remains as fucking boss as the first time i heard it. i'm not so keen on the rest of his albums. some of stillmatic is alright, but the rest...ehhhhh. |
