Well, I've gotta be honest, when I heard about it I didn't think of Bree AT ALL.

It's a tragedy that something like that happened. It could have been prevented if repairs on the bridge would have started earlier.

Maybe, but I think they would know what they're doing.

I just don't think it's smart to repair a bridge while allowing traffic to go through it.

True but, the Titanic was built by professionals, and the Arch was built by some guy, his wife and 2 sons.

Yeah, I believe that the construction of the bridge going on the day before is what caused the collapse to happen. If it was terrorism, someone would've taken credit by now... I highly doubt that that was the true cause.

We recently had a new freeway tunnel built here in Sydney, called the Lane Cove Tunnel, which bypassed a few kilometres of suburban roadway (Epping Road and Longueville Road) linking two major freeways. You'd think, being professionals, the people digging the tunnel would know what they're doing, but in the middle of the construction part of Epping Road caved in. Just because construction workers are professionals doesn't mean that accidents won't happen.

You've doomed yourself to having all the board pundits nitpicking your posts from now on for grammatical errors. Gotcha! But this will be my last one. Unless it isn't.

My friend lives across the road from there. They're still fixing it...
