Well, it depends what you define 'greatness' as. It certainly doesn't only entail 'best' and I reckon influence would be part of the greatness of a song...
I don't mind the lists, both the album/song lists got me into a lot of music.

It was by a band named "Who Gives a Shit". It was from their famous self titled album, which came out in 1974. I'll try to find a Wikipedia page on it.
It's actually not the best song from teh album! My personal favorite is "Gullible"
