Well now I feel completely stupid (Probably a good reason for that)

Don't worry, if we do get busted, it'll be all my fault, cause it's my board:(

Don't worry, I was kidding. But seriously, you want to be careful. They probably won't like this.

I know, when I had this place reviewed by the invisionfree topic, we had a topic similar to this, and I kept it in a hidden forum because it's against their rules :cigar:

Oh yeah...can you put up the free music topic yet, or is it gone forever.

Parliament's Funkentelechy Vs. The Placebo Syndrome

Joe, whenever I remind myself that I'm going to upload Bitches Brew for you, I always say, "Balls. The album is big and I don't feel like uploading it." I always get distracted. You'll get it. Don't worry.

Just so everyone (all one of you who care) knows, Belle & Sebastian's third album, The Boy With The Arab Strap has been posted. Listeners would be appreciated.

Though it is a little late (about thirty days), I feel I must contribute to the Christmas give away that benefited me so much.

And so I give one of my favorite albums of all time (top ten) that you have probably not heard. It is the Flaming Lips' The Soft Bulletin, and it is amazing.

I heard it called the "Pet Sounds" of the nineties due to its "large, layered, symphonic sound" and it is partially right. It is more liken to Dark Side of the Moon- A sonic exploration into a bunch of morbid themes that sound extra good when you've been kissing Ol' lady bong.

So basically, download it.

The Flaming Lips- The Soft Bulletin

And Dean, I downloaded The Boy with the Arab starp. So far it is pretty good, but I don't think it tops If You're Feeling Sinister. Just my opinion.

Amazing album. Just proving you're not alone in this cold, dark world.

But we need more people to participate. It is such a cool way to share music and and discover new stuff.

Wikipedia

Upon its release, The Soft Bulletin was subject to record company demands for commercial-sounding music, hence the inclusion of remixes of several songs. In addition, the US and UK CDs each contain one track that the other does not, "The Spiderbite Song" and "Slow Motion" respectively.

So UK version wins.

Seriously. Slow Motion is kick ass.

Though The Gash and What is the Light are the best on the album in my opinion.
