Oh snap.

On a serious note, I think this is one of the few cases where the death penalty is acceptable. I'm sure this would lead to a burst of outrage from extremists, but it's either that and have him rot in prison and outrage the entire Kurdish population, which I think would be a step backwards.

but OMG i cant stand CNN. right now they are claiming that somehow Bush had his hand in the timing and verdict of this. WHAT THE SMACK? he has NOTHING to do with the Iraqi court that sentenced him, or the timing of the verdict. >:O thanks CNN.

Don't you know? "CNN: 98% of what they report is what they DON'T KNOW."

I <3 Jon Stewart.

(But seriously, most cable news is bullshit.)

Thank god that fucker is gonna die. He should have been hanged years ago.

I don't even know why they had to do a fucking trial, if I were Bush, I would've shot him myself.

But now that Saddam is done with they should start on other dictators, specifically, Castro.

George W. Bush "The Dictator Killer"! YEAH!

Uh, wasn't that only one person? That they interviewed, not the entire network?

Major cable news companies don't make allegations like that.

Obviously, I couldn't tell you what jail he'd be safe in.

However, I just don't believe in the death penalty.

I think that his execution will only result in more violence in Iraq.

well he'd either get murder in jail or he'll carry out his sentence by being put to death. but the people of iraq gave him this sentence so i do not see how it coudl lead to violence.

The Sunnis in Tikrit would disagree. And apparently violence is the only means they know of in that blessed Muslim land.
