I want girls to scream at my band the way the screamed at the Beatles.

You will have to name your band Oprah then to get that kind of response. Maybe give some cars away and title a song "Oprah's Favorite Things".

LMAO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The 2007 edition of the U.S.'s largest Beatles festival finds it expanded to five days.
The 6th annual Abbey Road On The River will be held May 24th through 28th, 2007 at the Belvedere and the Galt House Hotel along the Ohio River in downtown Louisville, Kentucky.

Over 60 hours of live Beatles music will take place over the 2007 Memorial Day weekend, which will mark the 40th anniversary of "the Summer of Love," when the Beatles' Sgt. Pepper LP literally changed music and culture forever.

The bands at Abbey Road On The River will recreate all the original UK Beatles albums plus Magical Mystery Tour in a VIP area designated "Pepperland Park."

The festival, which boasts eight stages and several free-form performance areas, will also pay a tribute to the 45th anniversary of the release of the Beatles' first LP, Please Please Me.

Abbey Road On The River Hall Of Fame members Hal Bruce and All You Need Is Love are among the dozens of artists that will perform at the 2007 event.

Ticket and travel package information is available at AbbeyRoadOnTheRiver.com.

Kentucky?

Couldn't it have been somewhere more... popular? Like New York? Lousville, Kentucky seems so random.

So I listened to the UK Stereo versions of "A Hard Day's Night" and "Rubber Soul" today, and I must say, it was AWESOME. A Hard Day's Night is so awesome in stereo, better than the mono version IMO.

ok this has been bugging me for a while now, what is the difference between mono and stereo?

stereo means that the bass might be playing on the left speaking and the drums are on the right but mono everything is mashed into one. listen to mono wiht headphones then listen to a stereo album with headphones and you'll notice the differences.

oh ok

so if my record player is mono, that just means the same thing comes out of both speakers. it doesn't mean that it's mono because it can't be hooked up to stereo speakers like i thought it meant.

thanks
