That's because the total number of single albums exceeds the total number of double albums. I'm going to vote double albums. While most of my favourite albums are single albums, there's just an allure to the double album that makes it appealing. The Beatles, Ummagumma and The Wall spring to mind when I think of double albums, and all of them are great. Great covers, great music, great bands, great everything. So I'll be voting double albums. |
