Hate me, do it and do it again.
He produced Peter Gabriel (1), which is something I guess I can say I enjoy from what he did, it's the only Gabriel album to really amaze me, so far.

i don't think you're the only one. it's my understanding that ezrin was fired from that job by peter himself. i might be confusing that with something else, however.

edit: nevermind, he wasn't fired. gabriel was simply unhappy with the production of "here comes the flood," and re-recorded another version later on. thanks, wikipedia!

He was talking about Berlin.

Same could apply for Peter Gabriel's debut.

Aaron,

The Wall > You

That is all.

Very few things in life are better than I, but The Wall is not one of them. :fail:

A lot of the songs here sound the same, but I've forgotten how delightful "VU" by the Velvet Underground is. With the exception of Lisa Says and I'm Sticking With You, it's filled with good songs and good individual performances.

That makes no sense. You could either have said:

Very few things in life are better than I, and The Wall is not one of them.

Or you could have said:

Many things in life are better than I, but The Wall is not one of them.

However, "but" does not make sense used with "very few".

Be sure and tell her...
I'm going to get this out, and I know that Aaron won't love me anymore, and I promise to get right on it, but....okay.

I have never (EVER!) listened to Lou Reed or Morrissey.

I know.

( :fear: actually, right now, through the power of YouTube, I'm checking out VU. I like them. I feel like I'm missing out)

EDIT: I'm listening to the song "Heroin"...I've known about this song, but holy shit. I love hearing a song I've never heard before that turns out being so awesome...

The Velvet Underground and the Smiths are essential groups you need to hear right away.

It made sense to me and to most people who don't have their heads lodged up their own ass.

Frank Zappa's We're Only In it For the Money is a fuckin' brilliant record.

I love it..it was my first exposure to Zappa..it's a very..odd record, but that's what makes it great
