The drugs don't work...
'Stairway To Heaven'
'All Along The Watchtower'
'Freebird'
'Hotel California'

Honorable Mention:
The Beatles - The End... What's better than one solo? Four different solos.
My SoundCloud (give it a listen!)

Kiss me like a beesting
Right now one of my favorite solos is "What Is And What Never Should Be" by Led Zeppelin.
Not very active, but it sets a perfect mood and adds to the trippy atmosphere the song creates.

Maybe Fleetwood Mac's "I'm So Afraid"

Hate me, do it and do it again.
I can't believe "Freebird" only has two votes.

Also "Free Bird" gives me a damn headache every time I listen to it. LS are a couple of no talent arseclowns. That damn song is played every time I go to the bowling alley, that and "Sweet Home Alabama" *Yuck* Lynard Shitturd, is a perfect name for them.

Lynyrd Skynyrd? No talent? You're mistaken. I can't comprehend anyone hearing "Free Bird" and saying "There's no talent there!"

That song is beautiful. Am I the only one who has any respect for Skynyrd?

Anywho, I voted like this:
"Texas Flood", Stevie Ray Vaughan
"Free Bird", Lynyrd Skynyrd
"Voodoo Child (Slight Return)", Jimi Hendrix
"All Along The Watchtower", Jimi Hendrix

Though, I think these are technically the best:
"For The Love Of God", Steve Vai
"Cliffs Of Dover", Jack Johnson
"Satch Boogie", Joe Satriani

*Insert solo by Terry Kath here* Yeah I know, "who's he?" Only the guy who inspired Hendrix with this song. Listen to it. He might have even better.

Jimi Hendrix, with whom Chicago toured in the early days, idolized Kath, telling Parazaider, "Your guitar player is better than me." Listening to Kath's early recorded soloing on such tunes as "South California Purples," "Poem '58," "Listen," and "25 or 6 to 4," you'd be hard pressed to say Hendrix was wrong. Chicago's producer Guercio has said that Kath could have been a monster as a solo artist.

I Don't Mind Other Guys Dancing With My Girl.
That's fine. I know them all pretty well.
But I know sometimes I must get out in the light.
Better leave her behind with the kids, they're alright.
The kids are alright.
