while i'm at it, Alex Lifeson of rush fame is also ignored on this list

You're damn right he is >:0

If you go to any Top 100 guitarists list, Alex isn't on it. And that man sticks a fucking delicious guitar solo in almost every Rush song. How can he be underrated like that?

THE JANITOR
"The Miracle" by Queen

We're having a miracle on earth
Mother nature does it all for us
The wonders of this world go on
The hanging gardens of babylon
Captain cook and cain and able
Jimi hendrix to the tower of babel
It's a miracle it's a miracle it's a miracle
It's a miracle

We all know Jimi was an amazing guitarist, but in a class of "miracles"
I think Freddie and Brian may have over stated his status.
When she walks she moves so fine like a flamingo
Crimson dress that clings so tight She's out of reach and out of sight

B) I like George the best. He's the greatest slid eplayer ever. He was "the guitar player" of the beatles more then John and Paul because while they were writing songs George would be fiddling with the guitar all the time. And come one! Here Comes The Sun! thats such an amzing riff!

You die for choosing Paul over George and John.

Dear Prudence

Mick Taylor -- underappreciated, underrated, mostly unknown, and can play circles around Ron (grimace-face) Wood, who replaced him.

Nick McCabe, the guitarist for the Verve is really good. I like his style of playing. It has a Pink Floyd type of style and feel to it.

Though one! I voted for Hendrix, but Clapton, Harrison and Page follow right behind him... And Brian May too, of course! :guitar:
