John Lennon's "Mother", just thinking of John Lennon's past makes this song so emotional.

Mother by John Lennon. I think it's much more moving. You can't help but feel sad when you listen to it. And that's what I like about it.

The Wall rocks my grandmother to sleep.

I picked Lennon's. It seems like he is speaking with more experience, passion, and honesty.

The Wall kicks ass. I don't care what anyone says. Pink's Mother is not my favorite song on the album, but does have an amazing guitar solo. It also has a kickass movie that blows you mind to go along with it, but my vote will have to go to Mr. Lennon.

I think this poll is kinda unfair, because of course we're board full of BEATLES fans, so of course we're going to go with Lennon's. And on that note, I do think Lennon's is better, but I love the Wall to death, and I'll defend it as long as I have to, because it owns

Exactly, Lennon's was bound to win, however good a song Waters' is. Seriously, the guitar solo, the lyrics, his voice, and that amazing last line are just out of this world. And also its a big part of the Wall story, explaining a lot of Rogers feelings.

Even though they're both brilliant songs, I chose Pink Floyd's Mother. It's probably my favourite song off The Wall. I think since there's a lot more Pink Floyd fans than there was when this poll was created, the result should be more interesting.

I like Pink Floyd's Mother better. John's is great but a bit overrated.
