The 20th Century has bought suffering, pain, and worst of all the downhill sprial to the end of earth and humanity...but the Beatles lived and made their music in the 20th century so it all balances it self out.  :-)

Well with Canadian Politics, how can you be liberal?  It's so corrupt, its getting pretty rediculus now.  They don't even try to hide anything anymore, it's like they just do what ever the heck they want and no one stops them...I say we have a revolution!  I'm a Conservative by the way.

P.S.
Pope John Paul, "There's something wrong in this world when we start justifying moral wrongs, as legal rights." *cough* Liberals *cough*

Jeez, you sure have a negative view on human life, lol. A little bit of faith in your generation doesn't hurt =)

And about the liberal thing, I kind of think they suck in this country too. However, there are some past liberals that I'm a big fan of. But now, they don't seem to do anything worth while.

I'm an independant, I am.

- Low taxes (right wing)
- Pro-Choice and stem cell research (left wing)
- War shouldn't be faught unless it's necessary (normal person)
- More power to the People, less to the Government (right wing, believe it or not)
- Government should watch out more for monopoly's (fuck Wal-mart)
- Seperation of Church and...everything (left wing)

I think Governments should be ruled totally by the people. We shouldn't just vote for a bunch of lying old politicians who'll turn around and make the wrong choices for our communities. We should vote on the issues. And I don't mean just locally, I mean nationally. We should make our decisions.

I want a revolution.

Hey, I said the Beatles made it all good! Doesn't that count for something? Infact, the Beatles make up for all of Humanities flaws! No wait! BLASPHAMY!! That's what Jesus did....OK, revised: Jesus dying on the cross made up for humanities flaws in general, the Beatles made up for all of humanities musical flaws. Phew, that was close, I ALMOST felt God's wrath...

Ok, the Beatles may be great enough to make up for musical flaws, but it doesn't change a thing, because the shit artists are taking over, and I still have to listen to it on the readio. Second of all, Jesus might have tried to make up for human flaws, but there still seems to be alot of them. THUS, nothing makes up for anything, you just gotta appreciate life for what it is, and move on. =D I dig life. Everyone has flaws, that's what makes things interesting.

The Beatles didn't make bad songs go away, but the fact that they made the music they did makes up for bad music made before and forever after them, same goes for for my man, Jesus...That's what I was trying to say...if that makes sense.

No:
War
Hate
guns
George Bush
Most Republicans
Corpral punishmint
Impirialism
A lot of ism's
Meat

Yes:
Soft drugs
Love
Peace
Vegetarianism ( one of the ism's i like)
sleeping in past noon
gay marrige
men  ;)
Hippies ( cuz i zm one)
John F. Kennedy
Martin Luther King Jr.
Ghandi
Lennon ( not to be comfused by lenin)
McCartney
ect.

i figured its long enough.

John F. Kennedy sent troops to Vietnam, and was going to escalate the war before he was assasinated, so I don't see why he is in you anti war, pro love group. He was a VERY flawed man who has been immortalized as almost saint-like. Why is he on a list with Ghandi and Martin Luther King Jr?

Oh, and I am a Republican:
Pro-Life (except in cases of rape, incest, or to save the woman's life)
For low taxes
For the Iraq war (and yes, war can be necessary. Inaction can be just as bad if you are turning a blind eye to major problems)
For less government control and sensible government spending
Anti-gun control
Pro-Bush (yes I voted for him...GASP!!!)

And whoever said this....
"I think Governments should be ruled totally by the people. We shouldn't just vote for a bunch of lying old politicians who'll turn around and make the wrong choices for our communities. We should vote on the issues. And I don't mean just locally, I mean nationally. We should make our decisions."

That can be very dangerous. Without the "representative" part of our democracy, there is no check on what deToqueville called the "tyranny of the majority". There must be some protection for the people, from the people themselves. There would be no stopping dangerous laws from being passed or seriously dangerous people from being elected if no representation was there to make the final decision. That was the idea of the founding fathers, and I think it has worked pretty darn well.
