ok so I've being trying ages now to get my new models ingame, but they just arn't going. I've followed hundereds of tutorials, looked in thousands of help threads, and nothings working. My model looks like this. I used DM's Raptor model btw for this one http://i174.photobucket.com/albums/w113/DANNYB0B/wrong.jpg wierd. It walks around just stiff like that. I did exactly the same as before, now all my models distort, or are stiff like this. I just don't get it because i use to mesh using max ages ago and it all worked fine then, but now its just not workin. Has anyone got any ideas? Please? Its getting so annoyin now dannybob |

maybe you didn't pain the weights, or don't add the right properties to the nif, what tutorial you followed? |

Ok dinoman's tutorial is for blender, and if you use the mad head or lordofwormo's way you have to be sure to delete the skin modifier, and to not add or delete any vertex, you don't have to add UV, you only can modify the mesh, you also have to be sure that your settings when importing and exporting are fine, they have to be like this: Importing: ![]() Exporting: ![]() And the model you show is an edited version of the DM's model or you made them from scratch or are from other models? |

yup, export and import windows look exactly like that. And its an edited, no vertex added/deleted, skin modifer deleted and all that lot. Just edited model, but it seems to happen to just about everything I model, apart from the camel apparently |

well that is really wear because when i was new as mesher i used that method and everything was ok, try using papa panda's method its more professional and you can add or delete vertexes and even use models made from scratch. i use this method and is better . |
