Sea Lion Whiskers

I'm skinning a sea lion, and the whiskers are fine, but then when you get ingame http://img26.imageshack.us/img26/3011/enlarged.jpg happens :( (the skin isn't finished btw) I don't know what to do, there arent any sea lion whisker files as far as I can see. Help would be appreciated

found the problem <_< when you first load the skin, the area around the whiskers is transparent, but when you save the dds psp somehow makes it non transparent. I'll try it in gimp, see if the same thing happens.

If you use DXTBMP the transparency will be saved ;)

The problem is that dxt makes the skins blurry and such :( but I'll try it.

hmm oh ok. Make sure you're saving them as DXT3 but thats weird too..
