Artifex - Penguinman, Mikaboshi, STC - At least one of those guys knows it, and refuses to relinquish the secret. Rumor says Kryptids knows it. |

Ralgcm does not open MM models. Another company used .bfb for a file extention. I think it was for a texture of some sort. BTW, it opens with dos. No modern PC even uses dos anymore. |

badisbadis, since I'm not a member of the site ( I'm not allowed to join anymore forums by rules) and you are, log into this link http://forums.dotwhat.net/index.php/topic,152.0.html . Its offliimits to non members, log in and see where it takes you. If it doens't then google this phrase: open Zoo Tycoon BFB files Ralcgm, and then click on the first link on the page and then see what happens. I was reading the description and it has something we haven't seen. Really it doesn't open them. Oh, well, back to the drawing board. |

Frankly its getting very tiering hearing people like you keep complaining about this! Regardless, we have already posted that we don't necessarily know how to open a bfb file. Best of luck with the research, if this turns anything up that would be great! However, bfb I believe stands for bluefang something meaning that I don't think any program or any other game uses bfbs in the same way. |
Check out my site where you can get many of my downloads here.

i agree - this topic is for figuring out how to edit the bfb files, not criticizing artifex for not telling - that is there choice what marine maniac and i are discussing is finding out how to open/edit them ourselves, not to get artifex to tell us ![]() KH - what program opens it in dos? What can you do with it? |

Really, let's not crticize people. Frankly, it's really not very nice. I'm sure in due time, Artifex will tell us something about it. Let's focus on using our efforts to figure it out. just a thought, but has anyone thought of asking our BF rep. at the Vacation site for info on how to do this? |
