So far, so good. I am current;y recoloring the Indian Star Tortoise. I will make a Water Buffalo later. *update 4-15-07* Confirmed Animals 1. Indian Star Tortoise - 90% (recoloring) 2. Pilated Gibbon - not started 3. Bengal Moniter - not started 4. Water Buffalo - not started 5. Asian Golden Cat - not started Total progess: 18% The Indian Star Tortoise is a nasty animal to recolor. There are 13 files to recolor, and not only that; the tortoise has a complex shell pattern. Nevertheless, it's going just find. |

You don't have to recolour all the files, unless the actual tortoise looks different as a young animal. Otherwise you can change the skin names in the young xml to make them use the adult skins. Same with the nif. And good luck, can't wait to see how the animals turn out

My Indian Star Tortoise is complete! Here is a link to to the picture. http://s164.photobucket.com/albums/u34/Mys...nt=enlarged.jpg What do you think? Feel free to post opinions and advice. By the way, I am out of ideas. I need 5 more animals. Anybody have ideas? It must be an asian animal and it must no be extinct/mythical. By the way (again), Thanks, Zooasauras, for the idea of letting the young use the adult skin. It saved me hours of recoloring. I thought I was doomed to recoloring every file for sure! |

I finished my third animal; with one problem. When I select it, it is invisible (it's visible in the window next to the adoption panel). When placed, it pops out of the ground. Everything else works, like the skin, animations, and all. Anyone know what's wrong. Well anyway, here is a Bengal Monitor Pic; http://s164.photobucket.com/albums/u34/Mys...=enlarged-4.jpg The Bengal Monitor has a custom location. The pack is going real well. By the way; I am taking requests for animals to go with the pack. Remember; it must be asian and not mythical/extinct. *update* Animals completed so far. 1. Indian Star Tortoise - Complete 2. Capped Gibbon - Complete 3. Bengal Monitor - Complete Total progess - 30% |
