Thanks to much help from Penguinman, I have completed my first two projects! At first this was going to be one set, but as I kept adding, I just didn't like the way the red and black were looking together. I had first thought that I would have the path with the black but everything else would be in the red but now I have decided to seperate them into two seperate designs. I hope you like! The Red Autumn Overview Besides the path, it has: Arch Bench and Trashcan Picnic Table and the Viewing Canopy The Black Autumn set came out great - an Overview The Arch The Bench and Trashcan Picnic Table Viewing Canopy Hopefully, I'll get them ready to post on Zoo Admin later today... let me know what you think!

I know I've been pretty quiet here but that's only because I've been playing secret agent... ok, not really - but most of what I've been working on lately has been specifically for ZA's anniversary but as things are put up for download, I'll update here! ZA Anniversary Donation Box ZA Anniversary Picnic Table ZA Anniversary Arch (regular size) ZA Anniversary Bench ZA Anniversary Path Oh - and one I had forgotten to include from the Black Autumn series... Autumn Restaurant I'll update this again as more get released at ZA - gotta keep the surprises! lol |

WOW!!! The Black Autumn Pack is just ..... AWESOME! I've downloaded and installed it already. You can be sure the stained glass path will quick become my favorite. |

t'ni In order to make a really great simulation of the Earth, you need a computer the size of ... the Earth. come for a walk with me | |

Thanks everyone for the great comments! I have quite the update for you today... To finish up my things that were released for the ZA Anniversary series, we have: The Zoo Admin Bistro Zoo Admin Cafe (Penguinman was the primary on this, I just helped out a bit) Anniversary Arch (large) Viewing Canopy Trashcan and the Glitter Shower (of course all of these things are available at Zoo Admin) The Halloween downloads have just started so I'll update next time with those... In the mean time, Boblus has skinned some very nice foliage and has asked me to do the coding for him. So far we have: The Edelweiss Edelweiss (Leontopodium alpinum) is one of the best known European mountain flowers. The Koa Tree The Koa Tree, is native to the Hawaiian islands, SE Asia and the forest of East Africa. And an African Shrub This one he based off the Red Oat Grass but has a less red tint to it (in the picture the regular Red Oat Grass is in the background with the recolor in front) The Foxglove - An interesting bit from its zoopedia: Folklore suggests several origins of the name "foxglove". The plant may have originally been called 'folk's glove' with 'folk' referring to woodland fairies or little people. One interesting story suggests that woodland elves and fairies distributed the plant to foxes to wear as gloves during raids on chicken coops. We still have a few more to come - hopefully I'll get those finished today. One question that I have for any of you who have coded before: Is there a way to change the painted biome underneath a plant? |

About the biome: Changing it is harder because if there is too many letters or whatnot it could crash, but removing any biome from the bottom so it just does whatever it's placed on is easy. Open the nif and search for paint. You should see some sort of texturepaint or biomepaint with the biome in all lowercase and one word after it. Click on the first letter of the biome name. On the left in the section of numbers that square should be highlighted. Click on it. Now click 0 over and over again until the biome name is completely erased. Open the BFB file and repeat! Hope this makes sense!! AWSOME projects

Thanks for the comments everyone! @PMan - I thought that might be the answer but hadn't had a chance to try it yet! Thanks and I will definately be giving that a go, so that I can finish Boblus' Holly Plant! I have also tweaked the African Bush so that it is a shorter bush - now it is almost 1/2 the size of the Red Oat Grass so it looks much better in the game (at least I think so) What do you think? Is that a better size? EDIT: And here is the Holly Bush(with no tundra underneath, thanks to PMan!) |
