First you gotta tell us what exactly is wrong with your pc. If your hard disk is alright, then there are many ways to save your files. So please give more info about the problem, is it Windows that crashed or is it a hardware problem? |

Burning it all will to be useless and time consuming if we're talking about so many gigabytes. Best way to go is to connect to another computer or borrow a portable HDD from someone and store it there for a while. You should talk to the repair guy why exactly he wants to format the HDD though. Windows can be re-installed without having to lose personal data (although its not the best solution, it should be enough to fix errors). |

Instant suggetion.....just burn all your YUI's in CD or DVD if u have the dvd-writer rom, another conclusion like the others said u use the external HDD (usb) if u have oneor just move the files to your friend computer....too many ways to save it just u have to check first what wrong with the HDD and why it had to be formatted |

Just save it on another disk...external HDD, CD, DVD, or anything..or you can even save it on ur internal HDD which isn't going to be formatted.. I myself burned all my YUI stuffs on DVD just in case my HDD crash or sth. It's never wrong to have ur files back-upped |

Okay I think we're all missing a minor point here. When saying "fixing" computers, do you mean reformating it? Also, it will be just as useless to put all the files into a USB drive or CDs if the computer has a virus into it. So, recommendation here: Learn how to clear out the virus so that there's no need to get a fix up in the first place. Or ask someone how to or have them do it for you. OR IF there are NO viruses and you are 105% sure of that, go ahead and use a USB drive. They make them at 2 GBs now. Actually, I just looked up wikipedia and got this:
Personally I wouldn't buy 64 GBs..But eh whatever. |

i think it'll be highly unlikely that those bleach or YUI stuff have been infected or anything..... so it won't really matter so juz copy it out into a portable HDD or many many cds or some dvds... anyways, you should be storing those bleach eps some where else for future viewing.... :P |
