Booking Meeting Format

Each member of the booking team, in many cases, each member will play multiple people on the booking team, must present 1 each of: Matches, promos, skits, and interviews. Once given, the Promotion's booker will pick and choose from among them, to set up the show.

Matches:

These are the actual matches on the show's fight card.

-Who vs. Who
-Who else is involved(include everyone scheduled to make an appearance, even the referee...)
-Time allotted
-Winner
-Type of match
-Any special notes concerning the match

Promos:

These can be Wrestlers talking...either by themselves, or with another person, or match run ins.

-Who is involved
-Time allotted
-Location
-Purpose

Skits:

Skits are used as interactive events, sometimes the wrestler aware, other times unaware, they are on camera, to push certain parts of the story.

Interviews:

Interviews are a direct question and answer session between 2 or more people, often conducted by the promotions verbal team.

Once the head booker has decided which will be accepted, he will make any final alterations, and post the event card. This ends the Booking Meeting.

Note: All telvised events, save some PPV's, are 2 hours(120 minutes) long.
