Well, I was looking through some of the RS Fan sites and I found this money making guide that should work. The only thing is, YOU NEED PATIENCE! this guide is from Arcticbanana on RsBoards.com. How to merchant in Grand Exchange using price manipulation -------------------------------- I. Intro II. Steps III. Overview IIII. FAQ ----- I. Intro ----- thread will go over how to make huge profit by merchanting Ok, basically, the prices of item go up and down in the grand exchange based on demand. If eveyone wants an item, then that item's cost will go up. If everyone is selling an item, that item's cost will go down. Believe it or not, the market is not manipulated by individual merchanters... but CLANS! thats right, not many people want you to know this because everyone is selfish. ------ II. Steps ------ Anyways.... Lets start off with an example.... join the clan: Amplive (amplive is a well know merchant clan that has been correct almost ever time. i have made over 7 mil off this clan) once you have joined amplive clan chat, ask people what the clan is "buying out" They will graciously tell you. Buy as much of this item as possible. The next day, I promise you,that item will skyrocket in the grand exchange. This is because every single person in that clan (freaking rich people) is buying that item. BEcause everyone is buying out that item, and no one is selling, demand goes up. Therefore, its price skyrockets. Make sure you dump the item at "the dumping price". You can find the dumping price by asking people in the clan. ============================================ Example: recently Amplive bought out the item rune full helms. I bought 230 rune full helms for 20k each. As expected, rune full helm rose all the way up to 26k, where it was dumped 230 rune full helms x 6k profit off each one = 1,380,000 gold. The more gold you start out with, the more profit you can make. =========================================== ------------ III. Overview ----------- 1) join a merchanting clan (amplive, cmrobins) 2) find out what is being bought out 3) buy that item 4) wait for its price to go up in grand exchange 5) sell when the items price has peaked (dumping) 6) Enjoy your hard earned money ========================================== That, my friends, is how people get those coveted party hats that you want so much. i will post pictures later to prove it if you would like. Good luck in Clan merchanting. ======================================== IIII. FAQ ======================================= Q: How do I merchant? What do I merchant? What should I merchant? How to make a lot of runescape gold? A: All these questions are answered in the above guide. Q: What are/is a good merchanting clan? A:Clan amplive, clan cmrobins, clan twreevs1 Q: How much gold can I make from merchanting? A: Depends on your luck. You can make 20-100% profit per item Q: I lost money from merchanting! What do I do? A: Patience is extremely important. If something isn't selling or buying that doesn't mean the price is wrong, just wait a few hours. Also, watch out for a few people scamming. Don't always just take the words of a few dumb people. Q: Amplive clan was empty? A: Yes... amplive clan is a relatively new merchanting clan. Read the title of the clan to find out what to merchant. Still, many people buy out this item and it will go up in grand exchange. Q: How do I know when to buy? How do I know when to sell? Monitor the graphs shown in the grand exchange market price. We need to start doing this one day. We need ppl in our clan who have money to buy out loads of a certain item and hold the mfor a couple days then sell them. When we do buy out, we would a a majority of that item and many people would want/need that item. We would make money off this.. |
