Grand Exchange Merchanting Guide-- Ahrims Robes Ok, While I was gone from gog, I made this merchanting guide. No, It isn't as good as merchanting back in the days, but damn, It works big time. Requirements
What to do when the Ahrims Set Raises its Value First you go to the Grand Exchange Database at http://www.Runescape.com and type in Ahrims like this: Posted Image If you noticed above, All the items went up except for the hood. But luckily, the hood isn't the one we want. We want the Robe bottom and top, as they have a better value. So now you go onto Runescape, and go to the Grand Exchange and buy some Ahrims sets at medium price in the Grand Exchange like this: Posted Image It will take about 10 minutes -2 hours depending on how much it is in demand. If you get lucky, It could go through strait away. After it is sold, Exchange the set(s) into equipment, and sell it for these prices like this: Posted Image Posted Image Posted Image Posted Image Wait about 10 - 50 minutes, and they should sell. Always sell the Staff lowest because it will take way too long to sell. I went over 4 hours once. And the lowest Ive seen is 1 hour. Plus it is only like 3k. So it really isn't a major loss. If Ahrims Sets Go Down In Value This is basically opposite then the Ahrims sets going up in value. All you do is this four set procedure. 1. Go to Grand Exchange and look at the prices. If the piece went up in value and the rest didn't, then simply buy it at medium price in the Grand Exchange 2. Buy it as fallows if it went down:
3. Wait about 10 minutes to a hour for them to buy. 4. Convert the pieces into a Ahrims set, and sell it at normal price in the grand exchange. Q&A's Q: How much cash do you make a day from this? A: A lot of people ask this. To be honest, there is no answer. But here are my results:
Enjoy guys! I hope this helps! Copyright Pyropure13 To Guardians of Guthix. To NO other clan. |

You really only earned 20k per set you re-sold, but like he says, if you have a lot of money to start out with this would work extremely well. The only downside is you wouldn't be able to go off to train, and it would be extremely boring even if you have a high tolerance. Also, make sure you check the prices before you resell everything to verify that you're not losing money doing this. Good guide, good concept, and good job! I know friends who have gotten RICH off of this concept using all four sets, but the way they did it was more complex. Poke, do you know the max number of sets you can buy at once? There is one, right? |
