 tbh, theres couple factors that may or may not lead santa hat to raise because ppl could just borrow them for like 200k per hour instead of buyin. Another reason is that "high lvls" tend not to be noobs (by wat i mean is that they wouldn't wear santa suit around with santa hat because every other player would be just wearing santa suit too).
