There are currently two methods of ranking up available in the site. 1. RP Samples The faster method of ranking up, this is recommended for those experienced in role playing and writing in general. Each member is permitted to give in one RP sample per month, per account. This sample will be graded on various aspects, such as grammar, composition, etc etc. Guidelines are more strict in this method. It is preferred that length is longer than the site minimum, preferably 2 to 3 paragraphs. RP Samples should be posted in this thread. 2. Rank-By-Rank Exams This is a slower method, but is recommended for those not quite as adept at writing and role playing. Grading is less strict, and there are more options on the method of exam execution. Staff will run an exam each, in groups of anywhere from 1 to 3. The exam can range from a tournament to a mission. The rules are laid out by the staff, as well as number of entrants allowed (this will depend on the number of examiners present in the exam), as well as sign up deadlines and so forth. Each staff is allowed to hold only one exam at a time, and a maximum of one exam per month. Unless noted, post minimums are the site's default minimums.
