I was surprised to learn that there are affected branches who are only now being informed. I'd assumed from what Mr. M said, that those of us still here were the lucky ones and that the axe had been put away for a while... Just what we need, a bit more uncertainty ^o)

The more you've got, the more you've got to lose... whats the betting the top boys are shitting themselves more than us at the "front line"? Every level of the business has been cut, it's just a matter of proportion... :'(

I wish that WOS would've done all their cuts and closures around the same time instead of dragging it out. Seems every few weeks we are having a new round of layoffs and getting word of another closure or shuttering. Not only makes employees nervous, the customers are wondering what the heck is going on. Too many changes drug out for too long. Creepy.
