After been promised that the completion of my workbook would be reflected in the 2nd pay day in August, guess what.

Well the pay day came and went.
SWEET DIDDLY SH1T.

Did anyone get the pay scale rise (or know of)? ^o)

i believe your manager has a form to fill in, but theres no guarantee that you'll be put up to the next grade, let us know how you get on - good luck

3 of our guys have had their interview with the manager, filled in a form which has to go through ops manager and then hr, but i'm told it is an application to go up a grade

Latest is that the EVF was sent to my area manager last week for approval. My manager sent an Email today reminding him that it requires his signature.

Pity he's not putting in the same effort on this as he did on sacking people !!!!

Latest is that the area mangers are awaiting HR/Payroll to send through correct forms. Since this all sarted last March/April you would have thought they would have all their sh1t in one sock.
Anyone got the contact number for HR

I'm not sure how up to date this is, there are so many people in HO that have now gone. It doesn't suprise me that the service that the branch staff get is poor. I work in and out of Leamington and people just vanish !! No announcements as to who is staying and who has gone.
