august pay rise

do you get a pay rise or not ?
i didnt get one but others in my branch did , what an absulute p*ss take !! it just goes to show that wolseley as a company dont give a stuff about anyone it employes .
its the last time i bust a b*llock for such a caring company

i did, but it looks like our drivers who are important members of staff have been sh*t on again, what happened to the gradings? this company does not have a clue how to look after loyal staff. i feel so bad that i've had a rise although welcome, but others have not, thats just bad management

what would happen if the drives walked out but there again does anyone care everyone as got a rise but them so does it matter no!! untill every one stands together they will get away with it

1% payrise, cost of living 5%. Counter staff 3% !!!!!
Still waiting to see if I get my incremental payrise. HR wouldn't reply to my letter.

Everybody in my branch got a pay rise drivers,counter,office and warehouse all got 3% we think that is not bad as they could of said profits are down you are lucky to keep your jobs in the current cliamate. :-/
