some of us have ranted enough, but we still keep an eye on whats going on i am interested in finding out if old regulars have left wolseley for a better job and maybe still have a look at this site, doubtful i know sponge springs to mind, he was really unhappy with the company as for the pay review, wait for the con!!! |

somethings going on re: the bonus scheme/con/stealth scam earlier this year i was to give a review of the staffs performance, so how will this go:- praise them up so they get a possible rise, pitch it mid point so there is room for performance thus scope to increase salary with extra training,or make them out to be low scoring so there more room for increase yet making them look crap (on paper). imo its just a big carrot that will be possibly snatched away with the story that your men are paid "higher than most" so not this year, but maybe next time eh, or that there is only limited progression with an office enviroment at 3/4/5 bodies but not everyone gets an automatic payrise so then the p'd off leave and your short staffed until you get another person in. the gist is there is only x amount of rises possible across y number of staff. somebody somewhere will lose out. the only reason wuk have not announced the rises is down to the fact that the t.p and plumbases springing everywhere will match the offer now or better it in the spring. and then we have a mass exodus at the worst time with the shares been lower than low. |
