The introduction of random, without grounds, drug testing demonstrates that Wolseley does not trust its employees. Do you think that Wolseley will now be invoking its contractual right to random searches? what have we done to wolseley been here now 12yrs but never been so low trying to put it to words when all the good staff go and all they get are young ones where will wolseley go, if there will be one |

I can be quite hyper when we're busy cos of my 'not going to let the bastards grind me down' attitude, gotta stay up-beat & get through the day. Ofcourse everyone asks 'whats he on' & tells me 'keep taking the pills' etc etc When they said I should be tested, I pointed out that they test the entire branch not just any one employee.... Nervous faces all round! haha!!
