:o today someone sent a book of football tickets to our banch by mistake and how much was the book :huh: £834 and there was 4 books so how many banches have these tickets so thats why we have not got a bonus this year :D

When you say 'someone', who was it? do you mean they came from head office?

Do you know why you got them? I assume they are for some kind of promotion or for the managers to take their favourite customers out?

we can order footy tickets via the intranet although they are charged to the branch and come straight off the bottom line, personally i think it's a good idea IF and ONLY IF the staff are looked after first - ie salary & conditions etc. And if the tickets are going to benefit the trade coming in and not used to take mates on a freebie jolly.
