MINNESOTA WILD PROSPECTS REPORT, OCTOBER 12, 2006

HOUSTON AEROS – The Houston Aeros opened the regular season by losing a pair of home games last weekend…Houston dropped a 6-3 decision to the Iowa Stars at Toyota Center on Sunday…Matt Foy, Roman Voloshenko and Benoit Pouliot each scored for the Aeros and Josh Harding made 23 stops…Houston fell to the Grand Rapids Griffins 3-1 on Saturday…Ben Thomson scored his first pro goal and Harding made 32 saves for the Aeros…Foy (1-1=2), Curtis Murphy (0-2=2) and Wyatt Smith (0-2=2) lead Houston in scoring after its first two contests…Harding is 0-2-0 with a 4.12 GAA and a .873 save percentage…Houston begins a five-game road trip tonight and Saturday in Des Moines.
