Bench Player Posts: 237 Group: Member Member #11,464 Joined: June 28, 2011	Pre-season is well underway and we have seen teams making new signings. Who do you think will win the league this year? I am goin to have to say man utd. I think sir Alex has spent wisely on guys like Young and De Gea. Could be an interesting season!

I went to both days of the emirates cup and they have looked shocking. Gervinho is nothing special in my opinion. They could even miss out on the europa league and I wouldnt be shocked!

Ok, I promised you my top 7 on Facebook so here it is: 1- Man Utd 2- Chelsea 3- Man City 4- Liverpool 5- Tottenham 6- Arsenal 7- Sunderland Sunderland at 7 is a punt. I think they have spent well and could make some noise. This post is coming from a Newcastle fan so it is hard for me to write this.

Im going to have to say that I do not know what Wenger is thinking! Sure, this kid is a bright prospect but he isnt going to solve many of Arsenal's worries this season. He plays in the same position as Walcott (tho maybe this helps shift Theo back to his prefered role as a striker). If Wenger has 12 mil to spend on this youngster surely he has enough to buy decent first team stars so that the likes of Nasri consider staying. I do not know where this man's head is sometimes. Always felt he was overrated as a manager and he is proving me right!

He's not even Southampton's best, most talented or influential player! Football has truly gone mad! And Wenger certainly seems to have. Arsenal need 2 central defenders and a strong midfielder, way before a young winger. I'm sure Chamberlain will eventually be worth far more than 15 million but Arsenal need a quick solution. Oh and after Saints demolition of Leeds on Saturday, I'm not sure Chambo would have got in the team anyway!
