After Davidson's run in the NCAA tournament in 2008, Finch made some noises about getting Lovedale a passport so he could play for GB. I'm guessing he wasn't eligible (or he surely would've been in the squad this summer) but does anyone know the full story?

Anyway, since he graduated earlier this year he's now playing for Le Havre in the French first division. They're 3-1 to start the season - Lovedale is averaging 4.8ppg and 5.5rpg in 17.4mpg. He played 25 minutes in his debut and pulled down 10 boards but has been given less minutes since then. Still, not a bad start.
