Vince has been awarded the possibly poisoned chalice of coach of the month.
Certainly a good month for Lions, well done Vince.

Wow what a weekend of games we have just had. A double overtime game on Friday and a defensive stand on Saturday that saw us move into first place in the Championship table. :party
Can I start by apologising to the organisers of the Cinderella Ball as we were due to model some male underwear in aid of Charity :daydream :love :blush but were still playing the second overtime at runway time so hopefully we can make it up to all the organisers in some other way.
Secondly all the fans, the absolute sheer effort put into supporting us on Friday was terrific, but to run out in Essex the next day and see Lions' fans in the stand was awsome especially as we couldn't throw a pebble in the ocean from the beach offensively :pullhair , so we dug in and collectively got the win we deserved. :phew
Of course, next comes the players, all the lads have worked so hard this season so far, I have thrown a lot at them in a short space of time :getouttahere and they are getting better and better, we are not satisfied or satiated yet, the focus is on the whole season and we want to get better every day.
There are just five more games at the Bletchley Leisure Centre before we arrive at thecentre:mk, it would be terrific to grow the atmosphere from Friday into a crescendo by the last game and transfer it to the centre in January, come down and see what's happening, I sense something special. :dunno
This weekend we are back on the road to Plymouth, this time in the Quarter-Final of the BBL Cup. This is a big game but we have been focussed and we have developed a collective will, we will approach it in the same way and give everything we have on court, of that you can be sure, Plymouth will want to avenge our big win over them just 10 days ago :loser and will throw the kintchen sink at us :nails , so oven gloves at the ready, let's go! :peace
For now though, I'll leave you with the days Nugget which says: "If you don't get the answers you need, you might need to change the questions. :blah "
