Anyway, we cannot have all that nonsense again about lack of information, stats etc., so, even if I have to be creative with my employers about my whereabouts, I will certainly be making the (often horrendously congested) trip up the M6 this afternoon to Liverpool. Despite getting off the mark last week, I am not terribly optimistic about how we will get on. Having said that, I was similarly downbeat about our chances last season, and the season before, yet both times we ended up given those somewhat complacent Tigers a bloody nose, so you never know. Updates, pithy etc. from 7.15ish then. Laters.....

The boys arrived about ten minutes later and the refs gave them just ten minutes until tip ... I guess they must have got changed in the bus (just like last year!).
