BBL Report
BBL leaders Sheffield Sharks transferred their league form into the cup with a tight 92-93 win at Worthing Thunder.

The Sharks built up and then blew a 12 point half time lead as Worthing fought back to tie the match at 66-66 heading into the final period. Sheffield just edged the win though thanks in main to leading scorer Mike Cook.

Cook continued his impressive start to his Sharks career by hitting a game high 31 points. Current BBL scoring leader Reggie Bratton paced Thunder’s offence with 28.

It is the Sharks sixth consecutive win in all competitions and their third double-winning weekend in a row as they set up a home clash with Everton Tigers in the quarter finals.

I knew we were winning by 12, and I was upset when we had apparently lost by 1. I looked online later to confirm that we had lost, to happily find out that someone had made a mistake and we had in fact won by one, yes yes. Only two yes's but none the less exciting and pleasing. If anyone went down could you please tell us your version of how the game panned out.
