According to my stats Simon Stewart made 2 appearances lasting 2 minutes in 2007/08, nothing last year, and he didn't start and I don't think he scored last week. So first BBL start and first BBL points. Well done to him. Keep it up Wolves... |

Cheshire were missing Calvin Davis (ankle injury) and we were missing Randy George ... Wolves scorers:- Zabas 17, Disy 17, Harker 15, Christie 12 (25 minutes +), Uzkuraitis 10 (all in first half), Saunders 5 (15 minutes or less), Stewart 4 (Solly may have said 6 points earlier ... he sends his apologies), Martin 3 (20 minutes or less). Sounds like a better effort tonight. Similar score to the opening day defeat at MK, but we were without George this time. If Christie and Saunders can step up a gear or two, with George to come back in and the players getting used to each other a bit more, things should get better. Thanks to Solly and Mrs Solly and Wolfie for the updates. |
