He'd kill D4 (though he didn't make much of an impression in D1 three years ago), but the release - which is on englandbasketball.co.uk - didn't mention him kitting up.

Leopards - Division One league, play-off & National Cup winners 2012
Leopards - National Trophy winners 2013 - that'll complete the set

He seems to have missed a golden opportunity here. Mind you, he might have exploded with the opportunity for unlimited hyperbole on this one.

Yeah, ironically, he could have gone big (pun intended) on this without exagerating.

Hi Gentlemen, hope your all well and thanks for the messages, I really appreciate your humour and sentiments.

Yes, the BIG news is that Team Birmingham Bullets have been joined by Neil Fingleton. Neil's role is the development of players that play as Centres, U20 and are over 6'7 as a minimum. He will then see if they have what it takes to make it in the USA or Europe, personally I know that Messrs Williams, Nisbet and Fingleton are setting up a full time program in Birmingham for U23 players so that they don't have to go to the USA to play and train.

Neil and Des are inviting any and all players from all over the UK to attend the Camps on the understanding that any players attending will not be approached to play for Team Birmingham. Neither of them has any interest in paoching players, making promises about superstardom etc. They just want to develop players.

Neil is not joining the team to play but to take on coaching duties with the team with Des Williams. Now that there are two Neil's, Neil Fingleton is now known as Big Neil and 6'9" Neil Nisbet is now know as Little Neil.

Oh and hot of the press..... Team Birmingham are now back playing at the Aston Villa Leisure Centre (Aston Arena). The team gave a bye to B'ham Mets in the Cup, there are no problems with the team and there are some main sponsors to be announced in the coming weeks.

I've learned that the hyperbole is taken in the wrong manner so I'll reduce it so as not to offend anyone.

Good luck gents with the coming season.
