It seems like a bit of a ridiculous statement really, for once we DON'T have silly statements in the herald all the time about an all singing all dancing development that wasn't the case. It seems there is a team now that are slowly taking things one step at a time and apart from the odd case I don't think its going to bring top quality local players into the BBL team for perhaps the next 5-6 years, perhaps longer?
