 I luv threads like this, ( especially when Yeoman hyjacks it ),

We all pontificate / hypothisise ( sp) , and never actually do anything .

I think we need someone ( probably ) with a link to BPB , to take this up , and look into it.

I like the U23 EBL / BBL team / Uni idea , cant we collectively get together, and write to the BPB to sugest such a move.

I will have a word with those I know , to try and put some direction to this theory.
