Franchise Player Posts: 3,585 Group: Co-Admin Member #22 Joined: July 10, 2006	Here we go again folks!!! Once more round the block for the FOURTH year of the Whatsbev BBL Prediction League. The top three last year were: 1 Ben - 1425 points 2 The Alchemist - 1370 points 3 wanchad - 1350 points Think you can beat them? "Bring it on!!" Rules as always are as follows: Predict the score and the Game's top scorer (TS) - if two players have the same surname, please also use their first names - otherwise it won't count! Predict before the tip-off (bloody obvious) 5 points for correct winners 10 points for correct spread (right way round - ie correct winner) 5 points for correct spread (wrong way round) 20 points correct score 5 points correct Top Scorer for the game. Please note new rule - you don't get the full 10 points for the correct spread unless you've got the correct winner. For example: If you predict 93 - 90 to Eagles with Stewart as Top Scorer and you get everything nailed on then you would score of 40 points If you predict Sharks 103 - Lions 90 and the score is Sharks 92 - Lions 105 you only get 5 points for the spread and you didn't get the win correct. Each week we will post a series of games from that week. CUT OFF POINT FOR PREDICTIONS IS BEFORE TIP. Where a predictor predicts twice in a prediction game thread, the first predictor's prediction will count and the second predictor's prediction will be disregarded. We will post an updated score table after each round of games - or thereabouts if we are not around for a coupla days. We will be using this thread for each round of games and league up-dates. For clarity: Posts and edits, etc. can be made before tip of the earliest game on that day - e.g. if tipoff of the earliest game on that day is 7.00pm, predictions can be posted up to and including 6.59pm. Any posts after 7.00pm will make all previous predictions null and void. NB - if there are games on Friday and Saturday and an edit is made on the Sunday, it will make all the previous games (i.e. those on Friday AND Saturday) null and void. You can, however, post Friday's games on one day, Saturday's on another and Sunday the day after - AS LONG AS they are posted before tip of that day's games. If queries - post below!
