I just got a FIBA ball today. Do any of you know the official weight of a ball. Im always told i pump up balls too much |

you should inflate your ball to 7-9 lbs/psi.remember though the more inflated the ball the lower your shooting percentage will be.hope this helps. |

For mens competition the ball should weigh no less than 567g and no more than 650g.
